The view from this hotel was awesome. The staff were always very helpful. We even got a surprise complimentary wine and cake for my husbands birthday. The bed and pillows gave me the most excellent sleep. Would like to know what they are as it’s the best sleep I ever had. I have back issues. Overall an awesome stay

This is a great hotel with stunning views from the balcony; our view included the river, the city, and a beautiful sunset over the river. Everything was within walking distance, including restaurants, historic sites, and tours. While the bed was a bit hard for me, everything else made that a distant memory. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Excellent location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to get us into our room early and helped us get an early morning ride to the airport. The hotel is super clean and very modern. The rooftop bar and deck has an amazing view of Porto. We were also able to see an amazing sunset. Highly recommend this hotel. The bed is also very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in prime location overlooking the river and Porto. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room perfect. Just a 3 minute walk to the Dom Luís I Bridge giving you access to all of Porto. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is lovely and clean. Great location. Only downfall was this hotel doesn’t provide an iron not even for a charge. The staff were rude about this and advised that they had told us they don’t have an iron even though online it states to ask reception for an iron and ironing board. This ruined our stay
