i liked that it was in a safe neighbourhood and the instructions were super clear. the key was kinda hard to work but that’s expected and wasn’t an issue. overall very comfortable bed and bathroom.

We were able to add an extra night last minute and the stuff was very accommodating. We stayed in unit 201 and it worked well for our family . Unit was clean and exactly what we needed. Location is very convenient couldn’t ask for better for the pricing.

The room was nice and functional, we were in 301 and had a table 2 easy chairs, space to store our close, all in all a good room, our friends were in 304 and their room wasn't nice at all, only a bed and a rail for clothes, I don't know if that room might be renovated in the future, the difference was staggering. The location was fabulous, we walked everywhere, near to everything, nice restaurants. Easy booking and good costumer service by Isabel.

Buena ubicación, habitación, sábanas y toallas todo muy limpio, colchones confortables. Fue fácil llegar y entrar a la habitación con las indicaciones que se nos dieron. No nos gustó que el departamento estaba un poco desnivelado y que el balcón parecía que pudiera ser inseguro. Sin embargo, estuvimos muy a gusto

7泊しました．ベッドメイキングや清掃が一度もない，タオルは最初の2枚だけということを行ってから知りました．シーツや提供されたタオルは清潔でした．ルール知らなくて２枚追加を頼んだのですがこの分はサービスということで良心的とも思いましたが，そのくらい当然とも思いました．35度になるのにエアコンなく窓が開かないのは相当地獄です．エレベータもありません．このようなことはこの手のホテルでは当たり前なのかもしれませんが，重い荷物をもって3階まで（Gがあるので4階分に相当）まで上がるのは大変でした．この種のホテルでは当たりまえかもしれませんが，皆がこのような歩ホテルに慣れているわけではないので，Experiaから予約時に警告してほしかったです．強力なファンは洗濯ものを乾かすのに役立ちましたがほこりだらけでした．TVはちゃんとしたのがありましたが，なぜか電源がつかなかったです．いわゆるデスク的なものがなく，TVの台を流用しましたが，低すぎて仕事するには不適でした．部屋のドアノブやベッドサイドのスタンドのかさがぐらぐらだったりしていました．シャワーは相当時間がかかりますがお湯を出しっぱなしにしていると（もったいないですが）数分後に適温になりその後は快適に使えました．かなり注意していてもシャワー室から床に少しの水が漏れます．１枚しかないバスマットで拭くのはもったいないので，豊富に置いてあったトイレットペーパで拭いてました．冷蔵庫も湯わかしポットもないので，観光で1-2泊，夜しか帰ってこない，外食だけですごすという人にだけ勧めます．一方，観光もするけど勉強や仕事もしたいという人には不向きです．書き忘れましたが，ネットワークは遅いですが安定してつながりました．これが一番ましだったことかもしれません．

Wir hatten ein schön ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof, tolle Lage - alles in Laufweite. Viele Restaurants direkt im Viertel. Es war alles wunderbar!
