The staff was great from reception to restaurant. Beatrice sub supervisor at restaurant and bar was so helpful and kind.Gabriel at the bar and restaurant (young guy from Brazil , light eyes) was so friendly and anxious to please. I would recommend this hotel to anyone . The interaction with staff was amazing. The rooms were comfortable , spacious and clean. Beatrice and Gabriel thank you again.

Room was comfortable had plugs to charge. Bar staff was great and recommended food that was delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was open early to eat before my flight out. The shuttle people were nice. Was here during the heatwave. Worth it.

The room we selected had a king bed as well as two twin beds. The beds were very comfortable. The room was thoughtfully divided by a wall with a door, providing privacy for those sleeping in separate rooms. The bathroom is spacious with a very good showerhead. The air conditioning works great! Each room had its own unit. Even though it was very close to the airport, we did not hear much noise from the planes. The airport is a short 5 minutes away by car. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the hotel. The staff is very friendly.

Great staff, clean room, and extremely comfortable. Only time I’ve been driven to an airport by a shuttle and the driver actually walked us all the way to make sure we knew where everything was. We’ll definitely be using this hotel again on our next visit.

Went with my husband for a night. Due to flight delays we arrived around 1 am at the hotel and we had to walk around buildings, with all our luggage, because the main building as locked. What?? Check-in in one building and then return to the main one. The amenities were very poor. Just a shower gel and a body cream. We booked the shuttle to bring us at the airport in the morning and the driver was late (he was inside the hotel talking to his friends). For the price I paid, I don’t really recommend this hotel to no one.

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable and modern. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Small gym, but quite well equipped with leg extension/curl , Cable machine, Smith machine, free weights and pilates ball. Treadmill, bike and Elliptical. Pool was closed - open in June. Free shuttle to/from airport. 5 minutes walk to metro. 20 mins train and 10 mins walk into Ribeiria District. Breakfast ok. Less choice for gluten free and dairy free than comparable hotel choices. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous new hotel near the airport. Check in was a breeze and the room was large clean and comfortable. The surrounding area was quiet and the metro stop a few minutes walk away made it easy to spend the evening in central Porto before my flight the following morning.
