Booked two reservations for concurrent stays which caused a little bit of confusion, but overall a great experience. Lovely hotel. Loved our 2nd stay in the room with a terrace! Welcomed the small touches provided that made our stay very nice! Small suggestion, larger nightstands and maybe move the landline telephone to the desk? Location was great!!

Great location, lovely modern rooms. Unfortunately we woke to no water so unable to shower or even flush toilets but that was out of their control as construction outside had severed water pipe for whole street! They gave us free parking to apologise. We’d definitely return

Excellent location, with a very nice garden away from crowds and heat, for drinks, lunch or dinner! Rooms are Small even if you pay for a superior room, but modern and very clean. Close to restaurants, shopping, and the funecular to come back up from the Douro river quays.

It's a very decent mid-size city hotel, lovely rooms and well maintained communal areas. Great location if you explore the city on foot. There were some niggles with communication that made the stay a little frustrating for me, i.e there's a dinner deal offered for guests staying at the hotel, which we pre booked via the reception, but the restaurant staff was not informed so we were charged a full price for our dinner. Also the housekeeping is optional and apparently if you opt out from the daily cleaning and put a special sign on the door, the team leaves a little treat at uour door in return (mini wine and pastries) - we were not made aware of this, so despite not having used the housekeeping throughout our stay, we missed out on the goodies.

This is a great little hotel with super location. A few minutes walk from the funicular. Outdoor space to sit and relax in after a busy day. Bar/lounge area is not very inviting but there’s plenty of bars just around the corner. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Away from the very busy areas but easy to access them. Ubers cheap too

The room was clean and quiet. Friendly staff who took care of our luggage as we were early for check in and then offered us a voucher for a taste of Porto at the bar. Conveniently located near downtown. Good breakfast and nice garden.
