I liked that it was next to the metro station and that you could go so easily everywhere from the beach to the downtown. Also, it is next to a really nice shopping center.

Very basic hotel. Location is not great for tourists. I accidentally chose the wrong Moov Hotel in Porto, having meant to reserve the Moov location downtown. This hotel was clean with great staff, probably best suited for business travelers. Helped us that the Metro is nearby and we found varied food options at the Norte Shopping Center.

stayed here last minute due to a cancelled flight and was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was perfect for what I needed. I travelled alone from the airport to the hotel via metro and didn’t feel unsafe at all.

Straight-forward no-nonsense hotel located near the Sete Bicas station of the Porto Metro. The room is extremely comfortable and very well-appointed. AC works extremely well and the shower is one of the best of anywhere that I have stayed at. Filtered drinking water is available on every floor. It is also located next to the NorteShopping mall with an abundance of shopping and dining options, as well as a grocery store. This hotel is perfect if you do not have the need to be in central Porto but still want to be able to go into town or the airport easily (about 15 minutes on the metro for both).

Excellent hotel

Very good stay. Nice room / bathroom. Pleasant staff. Great location - 15 minutes to airport, 12 minutes to City Centre ( Metro station 4 / 5 minutes walk ) Very large shopping centre two minutes walk with lots of good eating options Only had breakfast twice in a five day stay. Didn’t think it was worth the price ( €12.50 )

Far from the maddening crowd

I came to porto for an academic conference and I needed a hotel that was quiet, low key, and conveniently located — and this hotel turned out to be the perfect choice. Very well situated, it’s less than 5 minutes of walking distance from Sete Bicas station. It is neither too far from airport nor from the city of Porto; and is on the direct line for the university of Maia. It was very quiet too and very clean. The housekeeping staff did my room every day with such care that is seldom seen in this field. I don’t speak any Portuguese but the staff at the front desk were very helpful (and bilingual). The breakfast was fantastic. If you want to be away from the crowds but still be within convenient distance to everything, this is the place. As a solo female travelling first time to Porto, this was a great experience

It was great that we got parking in the property that was great as we have a hire car. Able to check in earlier as well before the check in time. We also ask for extra pillows and they accommodate as well. The only complain that we have is the breakfast we been travelling a bit and for how much it cost breakfast wise was very ordinary they can have add a bit more considering the cost.

Nice, clean and quiet

A little bit removed from tourist area but 100% accessible via metro. Very clean and staff very friendly. Minor issues with sink draining slowly and toilet making drip noises after flushing, but not serious. Tv was small but most of Portugal is like this.

Lots to like about this hotel, particularly the excellent people working there. Cheerful, efficient and so helpful. Location is very good, a safe area with the metro station 3/4 mins walk away so easy to get downtown, and a big shopping mall with food court right behind too. Rooms are on the small side with not enough storage/shelf space, but ok for two of us. They were very clean and tidy though with housekeeping every day and comfortable beds too. Nightly rate was very good for a city hotel. We'd certainly stay here again if ever we return to Porto.
