We stayed for 7 nights and really couldn’t fault it. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was great - very comfortable with everything you needed on hand. Front desk was very helpful with showing and explaining everything in the room.The room was large and well appointed with only downside was the view was of people in the alley at eye level. We had a wonderful stay at ICON Duplo Ribeira in Porto. Our room was absolutely beautiful, modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The amenities were excellent, and we especially appreciated how quiet the room was, even though it overlooked the main street. The included breakfast was a great bonus, with plenty of delicious continental and cooked options to start the day. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a modern feel throughout. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The location is fantastic, perfect for exploring Porto. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
