Great location. Staff very helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast. Room in the historical side of the hotel was spacious and clean. One issue is that there was no onsite restaurant or bar area to meet with others in our group. However we Would book again.

The hotel was a perfect location, very walkable to everything we wanted to see. The room was lovely, and the breakfast was a delight each morning. What really set this place apart was how friendly and helpful the staff were! We dropped our bags early to check in, and the person working the front desk took the time to map out the whole city for us, gave recommendations on what to see and do! He also helped give us insight on going to the Portugal Vs Norway game. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto!

Stayed for a long weekend at Icon Duplo and I can't thank the staff enough, especially the concierge, who was super helpful in recommending restaurants and calling to book reservations for us. The hotel is very central and well located, with access to all the amenities. We had two different rooms during our stay, and both were modern, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of options.

One of our best stays ever! We loved this hotel. Our room was perfect - comfortable beds, crisp sheets, and towels, clean concrete floors, and spectacular air-conditioning. Our balcony windows opened up onto a fun Ribeira Street. We could see everything that was going on! The hotel itself is right in the heart of the historic city. Shops, restaurants, and everything you need is easily accessible by foot. And the staff were great. Incredible!
