A relaxing and pleasant atmosphere with a great little bar downstairs. The breakfast was the best out of all places that I stayed. The hotel has a shuttle service to and from the airport which is very good

Well appointed, comfortable rooms. Excellent service from bellhop to check-in to complimentary welcome drink. Two rooms were booked and both of us could not give higher praise. Pictures do not do the hotel justice in our opinion. I didn't capture any photos though. Hotel shuttle service offered, but we had a very early morning flight, so we booked an Uber instead. Would definitely stay here again when in Porto.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff couldn't be nicer, the place is clean, the beds are comfy, the water pressure & shower are great. There's a mini fridge in the room, a kettle, mugs and real classes - no plastic. And they give you all these nice little extras - fruit and cookies when you arrive, a welcome drink, and free tea and coffee in your room. The free shuttle to the airport is an added plus.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Jaguar Oporto! The hotel was lovely, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They were also kind enough to upgrade our room, which was such a thoughtful surprise and really made our stay even more special. The metro station is just a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around Porto. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service, which was a great added bonus. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Porto!

I liked the free shuttle service. Nice electric vehicle. I like the staff. Very friendly and helpful. I liked the lobby bar. Nice small place to recharge. The shower head was very hard to switch from main shower hear to secondary hand held. I quit trying and told the office but they could not help.
