We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The highlight was truly the staff—they were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Lovely property but the hallway is really long, ok for young people but not for anyone with mobility issues. Noisy in the early morning because of construction next door. Staff is really terrific and good court next door is great for lunch, drinks or a casual dinner.

Lovely hotel in a great location above a high end food market (prepared foods). Very close to Casa de Musica hall, metro, and bus stations. Wonderful staff and delicious breakfast. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Porto!

The market with all the restaurants in the same building is very lovely. The Room was clean but we found someone else’s socks on the chair in the room… The breakfast had a few very burned / older pancakes & empty things . The rest was all good but because of these small things I reduced 1 star.

Staff were friendly. Nice room and breakfast was OK. It's not a large dining room and was quite busy. TV system was poor. Casting was complicated and did not work; so you won't be able to stream your Netflix or Prime.

The hotel is clean and nicely decorated and the staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a large food court that can be accessed from the hotel with a large variety of different food choices. The food court was busy and quite noisy, but we were there on a Saturday night. We had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel is very clean. But the amenities are limited. Our room was small, had no bathtub, no coffee pot, and minimal storage space for our belongings. The style is ultra modern, so the "bathroom" is part of the room. There's a separate glass door to the toilet and another to the shower, but the (very shallow) sink and vanity are separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. This is a matter of taste and style, but we prefer a more traditional style. For the price, the hotel is a very decent value.

Overall a great experience (with some minor issues

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel da Música; it's charming, well located, and staff is great. The few issues I noticed: 1) NO ONE to assist carrying bags upstairs from the street entrance to the lobby on the 1st floor. 2) Asked for room service at 8:30am, only got it after 3pm. But got a nice surprise, a staff member brought me grapes in the afternoon to the room. Sweet!
