I like how clean my room was, and as well as the building. I was able to communicate with the staff of my needs. The front dest staff, Edwado, Maria, George, and Mattheu, who helped us with our luggage, since the elevator liff outside was not working. The beds were hard. The bath tubs too high.

The manager and full staff were tremendously helpful for my stay. Their willingness to help and actually solve a major problem (CSI) was incredible. Their professionalism showed what a great group was willing to do. Without there help my trip would have been a disaster.
