Charming, quiet and clean. Located on a pedestrian street. Close to all the main sights, restaurants and shops. We liked how it had old world charm but with an updated modern bathroom. We would stay here again.

A member. I would certainly recommend this hotel in Porto. Great location ... but the best of all we're the staff. Excellent staff throughout the hotel - from Front Desk to Restaurant Staff. They were friendly, very helpful and courteous.

Centrally located. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed our stay there. The only inconvenience is the lack of elevators and the streets in that area got noisy with bar revellers.

Very nice hotel, lots of character. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The garden is really nice and the hotel is well maintained. Rooms are good size. The breakfast is ok, 6/10 and there are no direct USB/USB-C charging points so do bring an adapter! But on whole, really enjoyed my time here.

Excellent location. Rooms are smaller and prices higher in the city but this was a good balance. Side street was quiet. Typical in room amenities. Excellent location, Parking close by but expensive. Cabs are cheap. Get tickets ahead if you expect to visit major attractions.

The garden was stunning and the hotel was in a wonderful location. After we checked out, a member of the staff who had helped us check in found us confused in the metro and gave us the directions our GPS was wrong about. Without him we never would have made our train to Lisbon, thank you thank you thank you!

The front staff were very nice and as helpful as they could be.it has a wonderful garden in the back for a quiet evening drink. The location cannot be beat as it is close to everywhere you need to be. the only drawback is the cleaning staff were not very responsible as they did not do their basic job when you stay for aweek

We loved this great little boutique hotel! The front desk staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, especially sitting outside to eat. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The location was awesome. We highly recommend it! This would not be a good location for someone with limited mobility due to the hotel being located on a steep hill where cars cannot park. The entrance has stairs that you will need to.walk up with your luggage.

Amazing service and location!!! We felt like we had just checked into a 5-star hotel. Every staff member we spoke to during our stay was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We were given excellent advice on where to walk, which areas to explore, and how to find the main attractions. Honestly, you would think we were speaking to a local tour guide rather than hotel staff! Their recommendations made exploring the area so much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with lovely finishing touches throughout. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden, which was such a relaxing place to sit, unwind and enjoy a meal. Fantastic service, beautiful surroundings and a great location.
