The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Excellent breakfast delivered to your room plus 24 hour/day espresso and port wine in the lobby. Bed was very comfortable.

Great location in central Porto. Very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel as an option when in Porto. One thing, there are stairs- they will help bring luggage to your room. Porto is a city of hills, so stairs unavoidable if you wish to stay in a location that has a local vibe with distinction.

Property is located conveniently, yet is a couple doors from the chaos of the pedestrian area. Quiet room with a small balcony. Breakfast is delivered to your room, you choose what you want, it arrives on a cart with lovely wares and with minimal plastics. Staff is helpful with directions and transit information.

Our stay here was fantastic. The staff was very kind throughout our entire stay. We really appreciated the continental breakfast which was delicious. The property itself was beautiful and very well maintained. The location is also perfect for being able to experience all of Porto. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Very welcoming staff, efficient and great breakfast included in top location! However it could get noisy @ night if you are staying in lower floors! Lobby area is tight! Nice place for couple of nights up the hill in Porto! Longer stays I would not recommend due to noise at night and tight enclosed quarters!

Excellent location, nice breakfast delivered to our room. Overall comfortable. Our AC didn’t work the first night but the staff was so helpful and the problem got corrected by day 2 Staff were very friendly Lots of stairs!! Be warned it’s hard to get up and down if you have any mobility issues

Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was lovely with shampoo, conditioner, and lotion which was nice. You can pick what you want for breakfast and at what time every morning. It is delivered directly to your door on a cart. There are stairs up to the rooms but the lovely staff helped us carry our things. Great location and in walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants.

Really kind and attentive staff. Very helpful and accessible, open to resolve a small domestic issue. The place is amazingly beautiful. Really good blackout system in my room 12 and easy to use AC. Breakfast is also great served at your room!

Very well located to public transport, and 24 hrs parking places. Beautiful hotel boutique. They don’t have a dining area but they bring breakfast to your room every morning and the time you want. Very good breakfast! Staff are helpful and friendly. We would come back!

Charming place, convenient location, wonderful staff. The stairs are a challenge but so is Porto with hills and stairs. We stayed on 4th floor (fantastic view from our room!) but had a heart-pounding climb to it. Breakfast delivered to room was always hot and fresh.
