Nice location, hotel is good too. Breakfast is fine, nothing too different! I gave a four rather than a five star as i didn’t find the hotel staff too welcoming and courteous. On day 2 i had to ask for room cleaning a couple of times and it was done past 6pm inspite of me putting the tag outside. I came back in the afternoon and room was not cleaned. Apart from that hotel is good, location is great

The service was truly exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was professional, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. You can’t beat this location. It’s right in the heart of Porto on Avenida dos Aliados, making it incredibly easy to walk to the major landmarks, São Bento station, and local restaurants. Everything was top-tier. The hotel itself is stunning and modern. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the spa facilities. The room was spotless, quiet, and the bed provided a perfect night’s sleep.
