Hotel was in a good location, the breakfast was varied and good, the staff was excellent. I had an issue with allergies and the staff quickly provided support and changed our room to one with a wood floor and hypoallergenic bedding. They then checked on me to be sure the remedy was successful. It was very much appreciated and beyond what I expected.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cénica Porto Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained, with a stylish design that still feels comfortable and welcoming. The staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made it a great place to relax after exploring Porto. The location was also very convenient for visiting the city, and the breakfast and hotel facilities were excellent. Everything felt thoughtfully planned and well managed. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend the Cénica Porto Hotel to anyone visiting Porto.

Very beautiful location, incredible views of the city with very nice amenities and clean rooms. Walking back uphill to the hotel can be a struggle, but the luxury of this hotel is worth it.

Beautiful hotel. Updated. Bed was very comfortable. Room was an excellent, generous size with beautiful decor. Towels were excellent, slippers were included. Service is amazing. Very helpful front desk. Breakfast was good, not extraordinary. I would consider it standard and for a hotel of this quality I would've expected it to be slightly more indulgent. Location is central, but still a bit further out so keeping in mind that Porto is one giant hill, it sometimes felt daunting walking back. But Ubers are quick and cheap. My room was facing the view/street and I did hear the cars initially. At first, I thought I had missed that there was a tram right outside the hotel. There isn't – the hotel is on a beautiful cobble street that cars drive down so you do hear it. The good news is the cars stopped driving at about midnight. So it was no bother. I would have no hesitation to stay again or recommend others to

Everything in the hotel and room was great. The room was wonderful and the oversize bath towels are a huge plus. Location was also very good. Now, for the one negative, and it is a huge negative that would prevent us from staying here again! In the lobby by the reception desk, the hotel has a plug in device that gives off a constant mist with an overpowering strong scent that is unpleasant and overwhelming. It is so powerful, that even when you left the hotel, it lingered on for several minutes.
