The property was in a great location! Many restaurants and cafes, just outside the door, only a short walk (15min) to the river front. The room was fantastic, clean with plenty of space! Not a problem for us, but being a renovated older building, there is only stairs, no elevators - other travellers may need to know this. Otherwise a great place to stay in Porto!

The apartment was very clean. Loved the old rock inside and wooden shutters over the patio doors. Lots of dining options close by. Only downside was that we were in apt 8 (top floor) and had multiple stairs to climb. If you are elderly, not in shape or have some sort of mobility issue I would just ask for a lower floor.

Liliana and Joana were both so nice and accommodating during our stay. They made sure that we were comfortable in our rooms, had suggestions for restaurants and places to see, and made sure we had fresh towels and linens. Amazing aparthotel, excellent location!

This aparthotel was in a perfect location walking distance to everything notable, surrounded by bars, restaurants, shopping, transit. Lots of hills so be prepared to get in lots of steps, and bring comfy shoes! The hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful. Carla was at the hotel sometimes and another woman whose name I forget. Tatiana was always available via WhatsApp and helped us with transfers from the airport, and then to the train station as well as general questions about the neighbourhood. Only one thing: I booked this hotel thinking I would have a washing machine but turns out only two of the apartments have them. I would stay here again. Great value for money!

I loved everything about it. They arranged my transport from the airport and the concierge met me at the entrance so I could store my bags for a couple of hours. She gave me keys early so that I was all set for getting in the apartment at 3. The apartment was clean beautiful had a great balcony. Everything is well thought out and arranged. The bed is comfortable. The App gave great restaurant recommendations.

We loved our stay. Tatiana was very communicative and gracious during check in. The room is like your own little apartment/loft for a couple. It was in a great location to walk all over Porto. Very spacious, clean and modern. There are restaurants literally underneath the hotel which was great for a late dinner. There could be people playing music in the street so if you want an early night of sleep it could be difficult. It didn’t bother us, we loved it, as it was romantic and we were up until 11pm everyday anyways. The music typically stops around that time or earlier. We would recommend and stay here again on our next trip to Porto.

I booked this place last minute and overall it was just ok. Great location and the room had character but overall it was not as clean as I would expect, particularly in the bathroom. There were smudges on the mirror and the shower had mold in the grout. Also the shower didn’t drain well, so I had to take super fast showers and even still I was standing in a pool of water. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it due to the issues in the bathroom

Room condition was good. It was the best thing I can say. Spacious and nice for family. Right next door to lellu bookstore. Next hotel was near the river and it felt very central. It was raining like mad in Portugal so it was really hard when we arrived and had to carry two very large luggages up the stairs till 3rd floor. Citi tax should be paid in cash due to late check out didn’t have the directions in the room, and when tried to pay the hotel didn’t have change. Asked me to go get my change and pay them. It was a big hassle when trying to check out. Washing machine symbols were not straight forward. First time it worked but second lot kept running and running refusing to move over to tumble dry !! I think I washed it far too many times in an effort to make it move toward drying but failed. Ended up taking soggy washing to the next hotel. It’s be nice if there’s signs on what each symboles mean. I don’t think it was broken.

Oporto Street Sa de Noronha, nice room & location.

Before you go: there isn't a lift. There isn't a dedicated check-in area. You'll receive a text with door code and key retrieval instruction at 16:00; you won't be able to access room earlier. You may be able to have bags stored if you ask. Communication before our stay was good and we were able to be received at the property before 16:00, receiving a detailed check-in and stored our bags. We asked for a third night and were given a very favorable rate. The room was very nice, very clean. Comfortable bed & furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Huge windows with direct & indirect views, a residential street with multiple restaurants directly out the door. Quiet. Minutes walk from Centro. We did ask via app & text for soap in the shower and whether coffee could be replenished. There was no response. We went shopping for soap, shampoo & toilet paper (room ran out). There is a good coffee & pastry shop on the nearby square to get the morning started. We enjoyed our stay and pushed through the minor inconveniences.
