Like any great hotel, the staff is what differentiates between a one-time visit and multiple re-visits. Angelica, one of the staff members, provided my family with the warmth and professionalism that is often lacking in most hotel staff. My four-year old son was treated with kindness and my wife was utterly in love with the attention to detail provided. Aside from that, the location is prime with the only hinderance being the ongoing construction in front of the hotel which made the Uber drivers kind of wary. Other than that, the rooftop pool/bar, breakfast buffet, and lobby area were just keen. Thank you very much and we look forward to our next visit!

Everything about this stay was perfect the friendly, helpful staff, room was excellent and the whole hotel was super clean. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of hot and cold food. Altis Porto Hotel was the most incredible stay! The staff were amazing, so helpful, kind, courteous, friendly. Daniela helped me so much with suggestions around the city, and booked a dinner reservation for me at a traditional Portuguese restaurant. The amenities were unreal with a Turkish bath, like a steam room, the sauna, indoor pool, hot tub, and rooftop pool and bar. I loved staying here. It was also a great stay for a single traveler. I felt so safe. Thank you so much!!

The staff is attentive and courteous. The breakfast staff especially, Ines and Catia. Their patience, pleasant demeanor, and friendliness made our stay memorable.
