The hotel was very nice, we liked that it was very close to main attractions, we love to walk a lot, so walking took us about 10-20 minutes to the attractions. We loved Porto. Clean and spacious room, but not 4 star service. Complimentary water is only on the first night, no staff to bring luggage to the room, and additional charge for room service (not included in price for food). Location is great - walking distance to the centre and close to transport links. Staff were professional. Be sure to confirm at check in if its twin beds or double bed, as the hotel automatically assign it based on availability regardless of request at booking. Not quite 4* but nice accommodation nonetheless.

Nice hotel away from city center

Nice room on top floor. Quiet and spacious room. Hotel is located in a residential area with supermarkets nearby and approximately 15min to Bolhao Market hall. Staff at reception and restaurant were always friendly snd welcoming.
