Nice friendly staff at front desk

I arrived at the hotel from the Campanha station, and it was an uphill climb. Vonce at the front desk gave me several tips how to navigate the steep hills, by using an alternate way. This was without me having to ask. He was very helpful and made my stay enjoyable. Room was clean and comfortable, Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. Would stay again.

The room I stayed for 2 weeks found very sizable and clean. All the counter staff I talked to during my stay were very friendly and helpful. They’re knowledgeable about the neighboring towns near Porto. Ms Lobo, one of the staff, provided me with many useful information for all my day trips for Coimbra, Braga, Guimarães, Aveiro…ABC Hotel is not far from the train/metro/bus station. I’m glad I picked ABC Hotel when I traveled to Porto, Portugal.

Room spotless, super close to bus / train terminal, quiet and convenient. Not much else to do in the immediate surroundings but a quick uber ride will take you historical town in 5-10 minutes. Staff (especially the young lady) are so friendly and helpful!

Disappointing experience. The bathroom fan in our suite never worked during our stay, even after several requests and promises to fix it. The humidity caused visible mold in the bathroom, and it was never cleaned or repaired. Staff were polite but did not take real action. For a 4-star hotel, this was unacceptable.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Le personnel était très agréable. Nous sommes arrivés à midi à l'hôtel en pensant déposer nos bagages à la bagagerie mais notre chambre était déjà prête! Le petit déjeuner était ultra diversifié, il y en avait pour tous les goûts. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Et puis la chambre 504 restera longtemps dans notre coeur puisque c'est là que mon fiancé a décidé de me faire sa demande en mariage. Alors nous garderons toujours un bon souvenir d'ABC hôtel campanha
