Most stuff was closed when we visited in early March but the hotel has a beach bar and restaurant across the road which were very good. Can recommend this hotel at this time of year for being so quiet. You do need a hire car though if you intend to visit sights in the area.

Perfect location for an excellent beach - with great amenities. Excellent half board package delivered a great dining experience. Within a reasonable walking distance to the town centre and the restaurants/bars/shopping/sights there. The whole hotel team went to great lengths to look after us and no ask was too much. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view from rooms facing the ocean. Gardens are also beautiful. Very steep hill to walk around the grounds. Everything else needs to be cleaned up (stairs, windows, balconies, glass elevator) or painted (refresh). Needs lots of updating n rooms. Very big, complete breakfast (where the staff there were very nice compared to front desk). Wifi wasn’t working the whole day (was working previously). We were told when we called, in late afternoon, to try again (which I did may times), because it worked at front desk! It seems it was my problem (no offer to troubleshoot). Front desk is far (steep hill) from rooms, so no easy task to just go there to meet them. Opted to go to delicious, simple and traditional restaurant across the street (S. Marguerita)for dinner. Looks like nothing from stree but has a lovely little inner courtyard.Andrea there was great and accommodating, highly recommend!

Wir haben Ende Mai eine Wo lang das Hotel besucht. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön, die Häuser der Umgebung ( das Hotel aussen vor ) aber unfertig und verlassen wirkend, unglaublich viel rumliegender Müll. Aufgrund der vermeintlichen Vorsaison wirkte der Ort wie verwaist, absolut menschenleer. Das Hotel präsentiert sich sehr nobel, sehr aufgeräumt, höfliches zuvorkommendes Personal, typisches ( gutes ) Frühstück, gleichbleibende Menuekarte zum Abend. Für ein Kurztripp, das Meer und die Umgebung von Apullien zu genießen, insgesamt zu empfehlen. Für längere Aufenthalte in der Vorsaison sollte man sich nach Alternativen umschauen

Bereits per Email hatte ich kommuniziert, dass über uns zu allen Tages- und Nachtzeiten Möbel geschoben werden und dies sehr störend ist. Als Antwort riet man mir mich an die Reception zu wenden, da es noch freie Zimmer gäbe und ich in die obere Etage wechseln könnte. Leider war man an der Reception nicht motiviert sich dem Problem anzunehmen und plötzlich gab es keine freien Zimmer mehr. Der Lärm wurde aber nicht weniger und das Personal kam auch nicht mit einem Lösungsvorschlag auf mich zu.
