Very nice room with everything (kitchen, bathroom) and good location. Check-in and check-out using the app was easy and the different services in the building (roof-top restaurant), laundry, and a small self-checkout convenience store make this hotel in Porto Alegre a go to place.

O apartamento é maravilhoso, bem completo, ótima cama e chuveiro, bem limpo, amplo e bem mobiliado. Minha única ressalva é em relação ao suporte de atendimento. Tanto no check in quanto no check out. Não obtive nenhum retorno ou atendimento por nenhum meio de comunicação. (WhatsApp, interfone ou numero de contato indicado) se atentem nesta situação para não ocorrer decorrentes transtornos.

Foi tudo excelente. Processo de check-in super fácil, um dia antes recebi as instruções e não tive problemas. O quarto estava bem limpo e a localização foi perfeita para o evento do qual participei, no Cais Embarcadero, e também foi conveniente para conhecer alguns pontos turísticos como o Mercado Público, Farol Santander, MARGS e a Casa de Cultura Mário Quintana.
