Once you have made your reservation, I highly recommend downloading the hotel's mobile app and creating an account before your arrival, especially if you are traveling from abroad. As a foreign guest, the account setup process took me some time, but completing it in advance made the check-in process significantly faster and more efficient. This is a smart hotel, meaning most services, including check-in and access, are managed through your smartphone rather than a traditional front desk. While this may be different from a conventional hotel experience, the system works very smoothly once your account is set up. Do not miss the opportunity to stay here. The property is well-maintained, conveniently located near the city center, and offers a modern, hassle-free experience that makes it an excellent choice for travelers.

Very nice room with everything (kitchen, bathroom) and good location. Check-in and check-out using the app was easy and the different services in the building (roof-top restaurant), laundry, and a small self-checkout convenience store make this hotel in Porto Alegre a go to place.

A acomodação é boa e próxima de pontos turísticos. No entanto, se você tiver algum compromisso e precise descansar durante a noite considere se hospedar em outro local. No último andar do prédio tem um bar com festas e músicas extremamente altas, é possível ouvir a música de dentro do quarto durante a madrugada o que torna bem difícil dormir durante a noite.

Processo de check in péssimo. Me hospedei com minhas filhas. Mesmo falando meu nome e o quarto onde eu estava, a mesma não conseguiu acesso. Detalhe: possui 15 anos e ficou sem acesso, no meio da noite. Liguei reclamando para a atendente e ela desligou na minha cara. Tinha barata morta no quarto e nos corredores. Pedi limpeza e ninguém veio. Não tem recepção.

O apartamento é maravilhoso, bem completo, ótima cama e chuveiro, bem limpo, amplo e bem mobiliado. Minha única ressalva é em relação ao suporte de atendimento. Tanto no check in quanto no check out. Não obtive nenhum retorno ou atendimento por nenhum meio de comunicação. (WhatsApp, interfone ou numero de contato indicado) se atentem nesta situação para não ocorrer decorrentes transtornos.

A foto anunciada rooftop é de uma area particular que acontece uma balada ou evento privado chamada Tetto. Um dia que tentei acessar eu acabei sendo expulso pelo segurança que me tiraram a força do local. Portanto as imagens anunciadas sao falsa! Tentei acessar e acabei arumando problema! Em nenhum momento a descrição diz que o hotel tem uma balada junto. Era muita gente acessando o hotel e nem estava hospedado.

Foi tudo excelente. Processo de check-in super fácil, um dia antes recebi as instruções e não tive problemas. O quarto estava bem limpo e a localização foi perfeita para o evento do qual participei, no Cais Embarcadero, e também foi conveniente para conhecer alguns pontos turísticos como o Mercado Público, Farol Santander, MARGS e a Casa de Cultura Mário Quintana.

tive problemas com o hotel do começo ao fim. Facial da entrada não funcionou nenhuma das vezes que tentei acessar o prédio. Me enviaram numero errado do apartamento e fiquei horas esperando retorno pelo whatsapp e telefone - SEM CONSEGUIR ACESSAR MEU QUARTO! inclusive, até agora ninguem retornou minhas dezenas de mensaem no whatsapp oficial da Xtay. (Só notei o erro no numero do apto quando alguem aqui da hoteis.com me respondeu horas depois) PESSIMO SUPORTE AO CLIENTE!!!!!
