Acho que o hotel cobra um valor acima do que oferece. E nunca fornece uma cortesia para clientes que frequentam assiduamente. Qualquer pedido e uma taxa a mais. WiFi não funciona bem.

Dessa vez nao faltou toalha ou sabonete, e tinha agua quente. Essas situacoes ja passei pelo hotel ritter e me fez parar de frequentar algum tempo. Os funcionários foram mais atenciosos, o que das outras vezes nao foram, meu check-in era demorado pq toda hora parava para ver outra coisa. O wifi ainda tem problemas.

Hotel antigo mas reformado, quarto amplo com ducha ótima. Só as roupas de cama e toalhas não são boas. Falta um espaço para trabalhar fora do quarto. A foto que chama a atenção no anuncio, da piscina não é real, toda a cobertura onde tem uma academia, que está no anúncio, está sem manutenção, não dá para usar.

O hotel está antigo e desatualizado. Fica em frente a rodoviária (só atravessar a rua) facilitando a pernoite quando de períodos curtos de descanso. Porém passou pela enchente, elevadores velhos, circulação nos quartos e andares barulhenta. Não ficarei novamente.

Foi muito boa. Primeiro quarto os colchões não era muito confortável, estava na categoria standart,e depois passei para categoria luxo os colchões muito melhor.Porém o ar-condiconando não esquentava bem.eles foram ver mas não souberam qual era o problema, só no segundo dia no quarto, o recepcionista conseguiu ajustar e explicou que ligava apenas direto no aparelho.
