I really liked this hotel and if would have a five star from me for everything except I slipped and injured my knee badly as there's no anti slide material on he floor and the concrete got wet from the rain in the hallway next to the gym. Apart from this safety issue the hotel is well located in a beautiful green area. The design is super stylish with nice larger rooms and nice pool. The restaurant and cafe at the hotel and the staff there are all really nice

Lobby and restaurant are fine. Decent breakfast, although heavy on cakes and breads. Italian dinner was good. Rooms are tired. Bed is good but plastic chair and hard couch are no good. Bathroom could definitely use an upgrade. They recently added a very nice pool which will certainly help.

Lobby, restaurant are all fine. Rooms are dated with poor quality furniture. Bed is fine and a/c worked well. The entire suite (we had a suite) had three lights. That’s it. One night was very windy, and sliding windows rattled all night. They need to be refitted. Bathrooms are definitely in need of updating.

Simplesmente um desrespeito total. Reserva paga e confirmada pelo Expedia, e quando chegamos, à noite, simplesmente nossa reserva não existia, mesmo mostrando o numero de confirmação do Expedia, as mensagens, nada. Os funcionários sem nenhuma boa vontade de nos ajudar a resolver. Equipe do expedia tentou entrar em contato com o hotel, ninguém atendeu. Um horror. Acabamos saindo de la e reservando outro hotel.

Hotel e muito bom, no entanto no momento existe uma construção ao lado do hotel gerando muito barulho no período de 8 às 17 horas, pelo menos para os quartos do fundo que foi o meu caso. Fora isto o banheiro exige alguns reparos no box de blindex e só.
