Not a bad hotel

Lobby and restaurant are fine. Decent breakfast, although heavy on cakes and breads. Italian dinner was good. Rooms are tired. Bed is good but plastic chair and hard couch are no good. Bathroom could definitely use an upgrade. They recently added a very nice pool which will certainly help.

Lobby, restaurant are all fine. Rooms are dated with poor quality furniture. Bed is fine and a/c worked well. The entire suite (we had a suite) had three lights. That’s it. One night was very windy, and sliding windows rattled all night. They need to be refitted. Bathrooms are definitely in need of updating.

A cama muito confortável e o quarto espaçoso, porém a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O banheiro não foi limpo, chão sujo cheio de cabelo todos os dias, o porta papel estava quebrado desde a minha chegada, a ducha ficava entupida no chão, não escorrendo a agua. Tinha uma sujeira no tapete do quarto que ali ficou nos 3 dias, ou seja, nem um aspirador ou vassoura foi passado no quarto. Não trocaram as toalhas. Café da manhã bom, porem pedi um avocado toast que veio o abacate totalmente duro e verde, deixando a torrada amarga, não consegui comer. Demora no atendimento. A localização é muito boa, bairro bom, calmo e seguro.

Hotel atende as expectativas, porém na hora da reserva teríamos direito a 2 drinks os quais foram disponíbilizados na hora do check-in pelo hotel para ser utilizado no restaurante tercerizado do hotel (NOI), quando fomos utilizar so poderia ser agua, refri ou suco. No cafe da manha no mesmo restaurante fomos mal atendidas por um garçom afrontoso que na hora do pedido chegou a fazer piada e dizer que poderia nos dar de graca a comida. O hotel é bom, mas o atendimento do restaurante deixa a desejar deixando assim um má impressão geral.

Excelente hotel. Localização maravilhosa

Hotel incrível. Localização espetacular. Limpo, estrutura e ambiente muito legal. Deve ter passado por alguma reforma recentemente pois estava tudo em excelentes condições. Café da manhã bacana. Nosso quarto não foi limpo (talvez devido a não termos saído do quarto até as 13:00… mas ao retornar para o quarto após as 16 ele ainda não havia sido limpo. Achei um excelente custo benefício.
