Pillows were stained, and smelly, sheets had hair and room service was non existent, breakfast was always the same items, loud air conditioning. Also everyone hears everything outside the rooms due to poor insulation on walls. Overall a poor experience.

No geral foi boa, mas há problemas pequenos, como o fato do quarto não ter sido arrumado em um dos dias só porque precisamos ficar nele até às 11:30 da manhã. E há problemas sérios, como as luzes de emergência não terem funcionado corretamente quando faltou energia elétrica no prédio.

Não agradável.

Inadmissível no inverno rigoroso do RS o apartamento só possuir ar frio. Falamos com dois funcionários sobre a questão e informaram que nada podiam fazer. Na reserva constava ar condicionado e não esclarecia que era só frio. O apartamento tem um cheiro horroroso de cigarro, está impregnado. Lavar as cortinas que estavam cinza de encardidas talvez ajudasse no controle desse odor. Café da manhã simples, mas satisfatório se não estivesse com o café e o leite frios. É perceptível que a louça e talheres não são polidos. Não havia controle para a televisão, somente após a segunda vez que foi solicitado que o funcionário da noite (muito educado) nos atendeu. Inclusive o mesmo levou mais cobertores, pois só havia 1 para cada hóspede. As cobertas que já estavam no quarto e essas que foram trazidas não causam boa impressão, tem aspecto e cheiro de que não são lavadas com frequência. Faz falta lâmpadas de cabeceira de Percebe-se que os funcionários são esforçados, mas trabalham com pouca motivação. Importante mais atenção por parte da administração e proporcionar um ambiente sadio para os funcionários.

Quarto e banheiro com bom tamanho. Wi-fi estável e rápido. Um hotel desse padrão não deveria ter limpeza apenas uma vez a cada três dias.

Bom custo benefício

Hotel bom, bem localizado, quarto grande, limpo. O café é bem básico, mas atende. A internet teve problema para conectar e isso foi um problema e deixou a desejar, pois é algo tão importante hoje para um hóspede que utiliza internet para tudo.
