Affordable, but hotel is out dated. Receptionist was rude during check in. A random employee got in my room while I was inside. When i asked that I was in it, she still entered the room. Room was not very clean, with hair on the sink and cob webs around some walls. Its a very noisy intersection and the walls are very thin. Unfortunately I did not enjoy my stay

No dia 03/06/26 mostrei que a louca do café da manhã estava mal lavada, suja de batom. Havia colocado a louça há pouco tempo. Faltou higiene correta. Café da manhã com bolos duros, bem simples, básico mesmo. O suco de laranja natural, está delicioso. As toalhas e roupas de cama eram bons. Banheiro limpo e bem arrumado. Quarto com tamanho ótimo, mesa de escritório. No lobby há um espaço para compra de alimentos mas que não houve reposição nas 4 noites que fiquei - isso foi bem ruim. A redondeza das ruas perto do hotel é bem precária, ruas sujas, mal conservadas e com uma vantagem de shopping a poucos metros - shopping Bourbon

Quarto bom, apesar de um pouco antigo e com ar-condicionado barulhento. O café da manhã é razoável e os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Ficamos hospedados para a maratona; embora o hotel fique longe da largada, havia ônibus da prova e o café foi servido mais cedo, a partir das 4h, o que ajudou bastante.

O hotel está bem localizado, a equipe é atenciosa mas a limpeza deixa a desejar. O quarto estava visivelmente sujo, cabelos e poeira no piso. No quarto que pernoitamos uma das camas estava quebrada, o colchão ficava inclinado, além do mobiliário antigo e desgastado.

A localização do hotel é ótima, o quarto muito bem cuidado, espaçoso e limpo. Café da manhã bom e com bons itens. O único ponto que não poderia deixar de falar é referente a recepção. Chegamos por volta das 16h, tinham 3 recepcionistas no balcão no momento e as 2 vezes que precisamos de atendimento parecia que estávamos pedindo favores. Todas com uma cara de má vontade enorme e mal respondiam a perguntas simples ( até porque vc não tem muito o que conversar numa recepção de hotel). Até as camareiras e pessoas da limpeza foram mais gentis e educados do que as recepcionistas. Isso sem dúvida o hotel precisa rever, seja em treinamento ou mesmo avaliando as funcionárias. Para quem estava voltando de gramado foi simplesmente um verdadeiro choque esse atendimento.
