O ambiente do cafe da manhã estava muito cheio por ser pequeno não comporta a quantidade de hóspede, aguardei uns 5 minutos em pé ate que um dos hóspede dividiu a mesa comigo, precisam melhorar isso.

Quarto atendeu bem e o estacionamento também. Recepção simpática. Queria dormir em vez de ir tomar café mas não consegui, pq arrastaram móveis no prédio. Fui então tomar café e tanto eu como outra hóspede sentimos falta de um suco natural, não é tão difícil assim colocar ao menos 1. Tinha só uma bebida horrível que parecia de pó. Fiquei então tomando meu café com leite com calma após terminar de comer e uma funcionária veio me dizer indiretamente que tinha que sair pra limparem pois já tiham dado x minutos de tolerância. Que grosseria! Isso pq eu já tinha, ao notar que só tinha sobrado eu no restaurante, chamado uma pessoa da cozinha e falado que poderiam recolher. Achei desnecessário isso, e eu nem queria ter descido pro café, ia pagar pra comer no Quiero Café ao lado para descansar mais, pois estava precisando. Precisam treinar o pessoal para não arrastarem móveis em um hotel e deixarem os clientes à vontade no restaurante.

O quarto que ficamos era confortável, a cama, para meu gosto era muito macia, só tivemos problema na chegada, poucos funcionários para fazer o check in. Acabamos chegando logo depois de um pessoal que acabou demorando.

Somente deixou a desejar o colchão, cama de casal com 02 colchões solteiro, que faziam ficarem separados por um estar afundando mais que o outro, tive que avisar a camareira para corrigir a abertura entre os colchões mas mesmo assim não resolveu. isto deixou a estadia bem abaixo do restante da qualidade do hotel.

Hotel muito novo e bem localizado. No quarto que ficamos o ar condicionado funcionava quando queria e voltava um cheiro fortíssimo de esgoto do ralo do banheiro, muito ruim mesmo. O colchão era um pouco mole demais. Na parede da sala de café havia uma placa de melhor café da manhã de 2024, mas achamos meio fraco. O hotel poderia ter piscina.
