Great place!

All great! Nice hotel if you have pets. It was clean, comfortable and due to pets were not allowed in breakfast you could take your tray and eat in your room. Only problem none of the employees speak Spanish or English, they only speak Portuguese.

I like the restaurant and space all around. What I did not like is that the roof top was closed so there was no space to sit outside for fresh air even if the pool was closed, they need to put some tables and chairs so people can enjoy the view or get some fresh air.

They are great! Great food and staff, I actually love in here. Too bad the swimming pool is closed :( but it would be nicer soon! Towels smells great! Amazing shower pressure and very safe. I’ll come back! Let me repeat, the staff is amazing! Same people from last year, this is even better! They have apparently low staff rotation!

Precisava de melhorias

Já havia ficado aqui antes porque é conveniente para viagens a trabalho, mas não é um hotel confortável. Acaba que nunca durmo bem, seja pelo barulho, pela posição do ar condicionado em cima da cama etc. o café da manhã é cheio de produtos altamente industrializados e pouco saborosos. Equipe não é simpática. Banheiros são antigos mesmo nos quartos reformados, instalações sanitárias precisavam de melhorias. Limpeza regular, mas tinha inseto no quarto. Enfim, dessa vez não planejo voltar. A vista é linda.

Durante a estadia, fiquei sem água, inclusive durante o banho. Ao relatar o ocorrido via WhatsApp, fui completamente ignorado, e no dia seguinte, durante o check-out, a situação foi minimizada e motivo de ironia. Detalhe: precisei ir até a cobertura da piscina para terminar o banho.
