Os quartos e os banheiros de maneira geral estão velhos e abandonados, precisam de uma boa faxina e de manutenção. Os lençóis estavam sujos e as toalhas com mau cheiro. Os móveis dos quartos estavam quebrados ou rachados, as paredes encardidas e os banheiros mofados. Totalmente abandonado. Uma pena, pois a localização é boa

Descaso

Primeira vez que tive problemas no hotel. O primeiro quarto que me foi dado(408), a descarga do vaso sanitário não funcionava. Avisei, o funcionário então perguntou se eu queria trocar de quarto!!!!Disse então que eu buscasse a nova chave e depois levasse a anterior lá. Argumentei que deviam trazê-la para mim, ao que prontamente ele concordou. Mudei então para o 908. Estava com um cheiro meio viciado. À noite, tentei desligar o frigobar, devido ao barulho, foi impossível, o móvel onde estava colocado impedia retirar o plug da tomada. Ao conseguir ignorar o barulho do frigo e dormir, fui despertada por click dentro do quarto: a luz acima do espelho no quarto fazia ruídos repetidos. Para poder dormir fui obrigada a retirar a chave para desligar a corrente que nutria a saída de luz barulhenta. Já parei muitas vezes neste hotel: nunca tinha acontecido isto. Tive uma péssima noite, lamentável o descuido com que fui tratada. Esta economia na manutenção pode gerar prejuízos também ao hotel.

Minha mãe e amiga que ficaram hospedadas. Adoraram o hotel e o atendimento. Saíram de madrugada para o aeroporto e o hotel se preocupou em entregar a elas um lanchinho durante a madrugada. Atendimento diferenciado. Parabéns.
