Good Hotel, Poor Service

The hotel and stay was ok and very close the the rodoviaria bus station. But we requested and electricity adaptator because ours was not working and they did not provide us one, so we couldnt connect any cellphone or notebook to charge. Unnacceptable in 2025 and made the stay uncomfortable.
