Em relação a estadia tivemos uma boa impressão no check-in, pessoal atencioso e local limpo e organizado. O quarto de casal que ficamos tem um bom espaço, porém a limpeza da cama deve ser primordial para quem se hospeda. Sem muito esforço, já vimos migalhas de comida por cima da cama e batata frita no chão. Travesseiro sujo e claramente amassado e lenço com manchas amarelas, nojento! Para surpresa, encontramos um brinco abaixo do cobertor. Solicitamos a troca de quarto e fomos atendidos

Excelentísimo desayuno para el precio, con variedad y calidad, y las de la cocina no pararon de reponer y limpiar. La habitación fue buena y el servicio en general muy bueno. Hay que tener prudencia al caminar por la zona, pero fue muy conveniente que está cerca del centro y al lado de la terminal de ómnibus.

LIMPEZA:O hotel apresenta boas condições de higiene. ACOMODAÇÃO: Deixa a desejar no tamanho do banheiro, principalmente abertura do box que dá acesso ao chuveiro, ou seja, banheiro capacitista, não acessível para pessoas obesas, não me considero obeso, porém, fiquei pensando e me colocando no lugar destas pessoas. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ: Deixou a desejar, faltava a maioria das coisas no buffet e a reposição muito lenta. ADMINISTRATIVO: Precisei de NF visto que estava a trabalho e não foi concedida, justificando que deveria solicitar pela rede hotel.com a qual não dá retorno e só fornece recibo. Resumindo, não terei o reembolso da Empresa e sai no prejuízo.
