Já fiquei algumas vezes nesse hotel e o custo benefício sempre foi bom, mas nessa estadia ficou tudo a desejar, precisei de talheres, o funcionário do restaurante disse que não tinha, depois a recepção disse que não forneciam mais, pois os hóspedes levavam embora, entendi que estava dando prejuízo, tive que sair e comprar uma faca, que deixei para o hotel, a sorte que nas imediações tem muitas lojas que vendem esse tipo de coisa, pedi limpeza e não mandaram limpar o quarto, e mais uma vez o funcionário me deu uma desculpa esfarrapada, faltou uma camareira e a chefe das camareiras não podia cobrir ames. Em suma essa estadia deixou muito a desejar.

A hospedagem no geral foi bem tranquila. Não tivemos barulho nos quartos e visivelmente o quarto estava limpo. No banheiro, a equipe de limpeza precisa caprichar na limpeza da saída de ar logo acima do vaso sanitário(estava cheio de sujeira). Em relação ao café da manhã, achamos bem mediano(basicamente é pão, queijos, presuntos e bolos), mas como não ficamos muitos dias não foi um problema. A equipe de recepção foi muito solicita e nos tirou todas as dúvidas. Por último, o serviço de estacionamento e manobristas do próprio hotel funcionou perfeitamente! O manobrista foi um querido e muito gentil, estendo o meu elogio ao manobrista da madrugada do dia 09/03, acredito que ele não seja brasileiro pelo sotaque. Não lembro o nome.

O hotel é ótimo, café da manhã maravilhoso, mas, passamos por duas situações desagradáveis: chegamos no quarto e não estava limpo; nos colocaram em outro quarto, quando fomos tomar banho o chuveiro não funcionou; depois de cerca de 1h fomos conduzidos a um terceiro quarto, e aí sim, funcionou.
