Final de semana em família em São Leopoldo.

Hotel é ótimo. Confortável e limpo. O quarto é bom e a cama bem confortável. No café achei poucas opções, com demora de reposição de itens obrigatórios, como ovos, pães e queijos. Na hora do pagamento não aceitam parcelamento no cartão. Tive que pagar toda a estadia em apenas uma vez. Talvez por isso, não voltarei. Vou preferir ficar em outros hotéis na região que aceitem parcelamento e tenham um café melhor.

Contrastante em relação a toda rede 10

Uso com certa frequência os hotéis da rede 10, mas infelizmente pela segunda vez na unidade de São Leopoldo a hospedagem não foi legal, dessa vez cofre sem funcionar, me trocaram de apto, o que me mandaram estava em pior condições, além do cofre tb sem funcionar, o chuveiro não funcionava, atendimento dos funcionários precário, percebia-se falta de experiência, no período noturno ainda pior, não conseguiam solucionar assuntos de fácil trato. Espero que a unidade de São Leopoldo consiga se enquadrar dentro do padrão das outras unidades da rede.

Checkin extremamente demorado. Atendentes basicos. Cuarto super ruidoso nos toco, hacia la BR. Dormimos terrible de tanto ruido. Desayuno pesimo, hubo que pedir que por favor repongan. Pocas opciones. La verdad si no encuentran otro hotel es para una noche, pero deben existir otras opciones. Hace años nos venimos hospedando pero la experiencia es cada vez peor. Limpieza buena, camas confortables, ducha buena. Atencion apenas aceptable.

Continua en decadencia el hotel10. Ya no es el mismo que hace años. Creo que hubo algun cambio de gestion en los ultimos años. Funcionarios apenas aceptable su atención, parece que nos estan haciendo un favor. Desayuno pobre, sin leche fria, sin huevo revuelto, sin chocolate en polvo, ni pao de queijo, ni siquiera agua. Demoran horrores en reponer. Realmente es una lastima verlo caer este hotel. Lo unico que salva son las habitaciones y las camas confortables. Es para una noche y seguir. Limpieza buena.

O hotel apresenta um quarto confortável e tive um ótimo atendimento na recepção. Mas a experiência no café da manhã deixou a desejar. Fui tomar café da manhã às 8 hs e não tinha café e pão de queijo. Fiquei surpresa e pedi para o pessoal da cozinha. Chegou o café às 8:30 e nessa hora acabou o leite, molho de salsicha, pão e suco. Sendo que o café é até às 9:30. Primeira vez que acontece isso num hotel dessa categoria.

Café da manhã todo dia atrasava e isto impactava no meu horário de chegada em meus compromissos. Não tinha ninguém para reportar esta situação que se repetiu ao longo de minha estadia. Hotel Bom, mas com Problemas no Chuveiro e Wi-Fi

O hotel é bem localizado, com acesso e estacionamento facilitados. O café da manhã é bom e o atendimento é simpático. Fomos no inverno e o quarto possuía uma coberta e o ar condicionado funcionava bem no modo quente. No entanto, o chuveiro só ficava morno, e devido ao frio, deveria estar bem quente. Esse é o ponto mais importante a ser resolvido, pois com certeza me impediria de retornar ao hotel. Outro ponto que precisa ser melhorado é o Wi-Fi. Não consegui usar a rede e tive que recorrer à minha internet móvel. Não achamos o ruído da estrada alto no nosso quarto (quarto 311). No geral, é um hotel bom, mas o preço poderia ser mais competitivo se compararmos o custo-benefício com outros da localidade.
