The area is close to the main Bus Station, it´s not nice. The hotel needs to be completely remodeled. The room and bathroom needs update and a better clean services.

Good location and quite a large breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly but majority speak no English and having a multilingual staff is part of why I picked the hotel. The wifi is very slow (less than 10Mbps). But the biggest problem is cleanliness - the first room I was assigned had stained sheets so I had to switch rooms. The second morning, my towels were replaced with stained towels. And on my third day, housekeeping completely forgot to clean my room despite my being gone all day.

Hotel é antigo e precisa de manutenção, é simples mas um bom custo x benefício, fica a 2 minutos a pé do Shopping Total, cama confortável, quarto e banheiro limpos, café da manhã bom com variedades. Únicos pontos negativos foram o ar condicionado extremamente empoeirado na saída do ar, o que quase me fez trocar de quarto devido minha rinite, e os sucos de uva e laranja do café com um gosto fortíssimo de terra, parece ter sido feito com água imprópria pra consumo.

Hotel precisa de alguns cuidados a mais, paredes soltando pintura, ar condicionado antigo e fraco. Tivemos uma supresa na segunda diaria, hotel ficou completamente sem água, e a recpção não deu nenhum suporte. Falavam que a manutenção estava resolvendo. Tive que deixar o hotel sem banho. No check-in quiseram cobrar até as aguas que usei para poder me lavar. Fiquei chateado e não paguei. Não volto mas !
