The only negative was that the WiFi was very spotty and we couldn't use our Roku with the tv. The hotel itself was very clean and spacious. The staff were wonderful, and the amenities were wonderful as well.

We LOVED staying at waves. Building D beach side was basically ON the beach, steps from the pool, and only an 8 min walk downtown. Absolutely perfect family vacation. The room was not that nice, but it’s a beach motel and we weren’t in it much!

Great location right on the beach. Perfect for family trip close by to the Pier and all the restaurants and shops. Resort was great some rooms could use a bit of updating but ours was very good. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely return again.

Rustic room, felt like a true vacation.. on the beach and away from chaos .. lots to do 5-10min away by foot.. you get access to 4 different pools with one including a hot tub. parking right next to your room. balcony came with my king room, also another plus.. can watch sunset from your room. If you love the beach, this is a top spot for price i paid

Train on the back door, photos were deceiving about being on the beach. We were across the street in building H with a train complete with the whistle buzzing by, which seemed to be every hour even throughout the night short walk to the beach, which is beautiful.

Great location and the staff is very helpful. My only complaint is that the parking for building e is not good, difficult to find a space. I did not have this problem last year when I stayed in building h . Otherwise everything was great.

The location is great…a bit of a walk to the pier and rides but totally doable! The beds were comfy, linens were great…my only gripe would be the floors. Clearly they hadn’t been mopped and they had sand on them when we walked in. I did discover a broom in the closet the morning we left so if I had known that I could’ve swept them and it would’ve been great.

We had oceanfront rooms, but could not see the beach because there was Cottages in front of it…however we were very close to beach!!! the path to the beach was right in front of our room! We got there at 1:30 and were able to check in even though the check-in was at 3:00. The check-in receptionist was very sweet and the process was quick. We asked for a microwave and got them right away. Our room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had no complaints.!! I highly recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Old Orchard Beach

Great location. Amazing views. Wonderful staff. Rooms need maintenance and upkeep. Sliding screen door broken, shower doors didn’t roll correctly, none of ports worked in charging device. Didn’t have separate seating area as advertised. Not very good for the price.
