This was such a quaint, fun little spot to stay! It was centrally located near restaurants and a water park, and just a short drive to the beach. The manager was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the grassy, dirt road leading to the rooms—I do wish it was paved. Other than that, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay! Thanks for a fun experience! 😊

Amber is fantastic!! Attentive, and genuinely kind. We stay here every year for a baseball tournament in the region and it is truly one of the most family friendly and clean places we’ve stayed! (And we travel a LOT!) Highly recommend!!!

Amber was amazing. We came in after hours and she had our room opened for us. She is super friendly and communicated with us throughout our travels making sure we were ok and understanding the check in process. The room was super clean, beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. We will be returning

Location was super convenient. Staff when checking in was very friendly and informative. Cottage was very much as expected/described. The floor could've been cleaner. A brook in the room would've been convenient. Also wish there was more utensils/cooking supplies to be able to use the kitchenette. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Shower was clean and water pressure was amazing. Air conditioner worked great. Other then a few small things our stay was awesome. Would definitely stay again.

Bathroom was a no go : need a deep clean. Bugs around the sink (maybe because of the old window that was open when we arrived). Shower curtain was dirty and toilet seat cover was old and didn’t look good. Staff was super nice when we arrived. Pool looks great. Beds were nice. Good location, price a little high for the quality.

This place was exactly what we needed. We came for a baseball tournament. The staff was amazingly friendly to the whole team. The kids pretty much took over the whole hotel. The pool was great, the location was right off the highway and close to restaurants. For the price this is unbeatable. If you’re coming for any kind of a baseball tournament, you don’t want to spend a boatload of money. This is your spot. They roll out of grill for us and we grilled in the parking lot for two days straight. The parents hung out. The kids hung out. It was a really good home town vibe. Thank you again!

Overall, we had a pretty good stay, but there were definitely a few things that could be improved. The room itself was nice, the bed was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed having a balcony off our room. The property seemed well maintained, and the location was convenient—not far from the beach and other places we wanted to visit. We specifically chose the room because it had a jacuzzi, so it was disappointing that the water never got very hot. The shower also had extremely poor water pressure. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, and there was only one washcloth provided for two people. They also only left two sugars for the coffee, which wasn't nearly enough. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and helpful. When I asked for additional washcloths and sugar, they were happy to provide them. There were definitely some things that could use improvement, especially the jacuzzi temperature, shower pressure, and bathroom cleanliness, but overall the comfortable bed, balcony, friendly staff, and convenient location made it a decent stay.

After the super awkward experience of walking into the unlocked door of the owner’s house instead of the office, I was glad I found this place. The cabin I had was very cute and comfortable and it pretty much everything someone would need. I have to be honest, though, I would expect a little more for the price I paid. My first critique is an easy fix- one of the windows had no shade or blinds, which is a huge minus for a night shift working light sleeper like my myself. My other complaints aren’t things the owner can necessarily control without a big investment and lots of work. The bathroom was incredibly tiny. I’m a small person and taking a shower was a bit of a challenge in the broom-closet sized space. The parking was also challenging, as well as the way other people had chosen to park, as it was pretty much a free-for-all situation. After bringing in my luggage, I went to get some takeout, and when I returned, I drove up to my cabin to find that someone had taken my spot. I drove further to find a different spot, but another person had blocked the only available egress, so I had to back all the way down the narrow, bumpy, dirt road to get to a place where I could park. Some organization and designated spots would fix that one if a bigger project was out of the question. That said, the price was still better than some other places in the area and I would stay there again.
