The Paramount hotel is conveniently located in a walkable part of downtown Portland. I have stayed here 3 times and have found the rooms clean and comfortable each time. The staff are all friendly and accommodating and the food in the bar and restaurant is tasty.

Great location. We enjoyed our visit and the hotel. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying at the Paramount for business or leisure. On sight Restaurants with great food and service. Best place to stay if visiting Portland. I plan on making this my home away from home when visiting the grandkids. So I guess The Paramount will be seeing me soon

We had a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. VERY Convenient & Clean; All Staff was responsive. Restaurant & Bar were also very good to have right there. Our only slight issue was low shower water pressure (could be NOT a Paramount issue?). ALL & ALL - a Nice stay & we had VERY NICE WEATHER for our 6 day stay!

This is the place to stay without breaking the bank. There is a bourbon and cafe in the hotel and a very good Italian restaurant across the street. The walk downtown was short.
