We loved the place, rad location and the staff are supa nice. The loud fire alarm went off twice. Once in the middle of the night but the staff were so sweet and apologetic and gave us breakfast! The beds are supa comfy!

Everything was great. You can rent bikes at the counter, I had 25% off food as an Expedia gold, the river was right across the street, and there was a bar next door if the restaurant and bar there wasn't enough.

Room was good size and good for our family. We didn’t realise that the house keeping was on alternate days but that wasn’t a big problem. We were short on towels but that wasn’t easily fixed with a phone call. Location of hotel is good for downtown but downtown is not great as a tourist imo. It wasn't the cleanest stay but for the 4th of July, I enjoyed watching the fireworks from the room (at midnight). The shower head made a strange high pitch sound but overall staff was super a accommodating and the breakfast was decent.

This hotel is in an excellent location right on the waterfront. The rooms are beautiful, and the beds are super comfy—I had a great night's sleep. Another major highlight is the on-site restaurant; the food is excellent, and the early morning operating hours are incredibly convenient.

First time staying at a Staypineapple. Love the location very walkable great restaurants within two or three blocks incredible Riverfront park across the street. I felt the hotel was getting a little tired and in need of fresh paint and minor repairs. Somebody had previously smoked in our room. It was a bummer that the restaurant lounge was closed most of the weekend due to staffing issues. Overall, the stay was OK. The beds were comfortable.
