Expedia needs to update your website and so does the Shiloh inn. Part of my reason for selecting the Shiloh in was that they had 24 seven shuttle service they do not so I was stuck at the airport with no way to get to the hotel. After a long day of traveling was stressful. When I got to the hotel, I was told that their shuttle service ends at 11 o’clock so change that on the website and on the flyer in the elevator at the Shiloh Inn. The other thing is they no longer have breakfast. They haven’t had breakfast since Covid that needs to be changed because I was depending on that and that was part of the reason I selected the Shiloh inn.
On the really positive side, Felicia at the front desk was amazing. She was helpful. She was courteous even though people were upset about no breakfast and no shuttle. She said I worked the night shift. I get this all the time. The clerk Patti was also cheerful and kind Shiloh Inn is lucky to have these women . They more than made up for the disappointments about the shuttle and the breakfast with their kindness and compassion and understanding. I won’t choose Shiloh in again because of the things that were on the website that didn’t actually happen.
