It has an outdoor pool but cld water even on a warm summer day. Our room faces the parking lot on the first level, wife doesn't like it since the drapes has to be closed all the time. Be sure to ask for a room in the back, not directly on level with parking lot. The hotel is dated but clean, convenient to a nice strip mall with great restaurant options.

Our room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The property is a bit of a maze and our balcony was accessible to anyone. The balcony could have used a hosing off. When checking in I was asked if I had any mobility issues. When I answered yes, I’ve had my knee replaced twice, I was told there were 6 stairs. There were 18 and it was very difficult to get my luggage up and down. We never made it to breakfast as it would require a walk up a very steep hill or more stairs. The pool was nice and heated. We had it to ourselves on a sunny morning. The shampoo and soaps all contained argan oil, which is a nut and a common allergen. Overall the beds were comfortable and our room was very clean.

Booked a room for a nearby hospital outpatient procedure. Lovely property. Top floor on the highway slopes down to the creek. Our double king room on the first floor opened onto the inner courtyard complete with miniature arboretum and large fountain water pond. Excellent quiet, available amenities. Bookmarking this Best Western as a new one of my favorites.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing and so helpful. I would also compliment the restaurant/bar. Highly recommend for food and drinks. It was everything I could ask for and then some! My days were spent in a local hospital while my mom had surgery. Coming back to the hotel was like coming home. It was comfortable and peaceful.
