The staff are kind and friendly so we felt very welcomed. The breakfast was as really good. The man who served the breakfast buffet was really nice and helpful very funny and enjoyable to talk to. The front desk staff were equally nice and accommodating. The room is clean with enough toiletries and towels it just have a funky smell. That’s the only thing I did not like the smell in the room. It had a sour smell. Maybe it’s the carpet . But I’d stay in this place again when we do come back to visit Portland Maine again

Staff was very responsive. No fault of theirs but when I got there there was one fork in the kitchen and 4 of everything else. Once notified, they brought me more right away. They made every effort to meet every need, you just have to ask and give them a chance to make it right... Stayed for 10 nights and headed back there for another stay next week and looking forward to it....

The breakfast was okay not up to par for a motel of this quality, eggs were very bland kind of like the were possibly egg substitute. Rooms were nice and clean. Didn't get to use the pool as we were late getting there but it looked nice. The evening desk person was very nice and helpful but the morning person that took our key seemed to care less not very friendly, didnt even talk or ask how our stay was.

WELL WORTH IT$$$ I just finished my Trip in Maine. I stayed on few different hotels and Airbnb since May12-May 22 2026. I’ve had some really bad experiences and situations with my recent bookings. I’m making this review first because this is the only place that I can say I had a very good and peaceful experience staying on this property( May15-18th). The staff are very helpful and friendly and they go out of their way to help you with anything. Everything is clean, decent breakfast, kitchenette is well equipped. I will definitely recommend this property I wish i would just stayed here longer if I knew how amazing this property is well put together and super professional. I’m looking forward to stay here on my next visit here in Maine.

I was not disappointed by anything. Breakfast was yummy and the pool was a good temp and we got a suite (4 friends and a 3 year old) and it had a fire place :) The pull out couch is NOT comfortable, but does anyone ever expect it to be? Met all minimum requirements for a comfortable stay and the front desk staff were really nice.

3rd stay at this location. Everyone one the same, and my expectations were exceeded. Upon arrival David at front desk greeted me by name (even though my last stay was 5 weeks ago. Our room was quiet and clean and very comfortable. Breakfasts were consistently excellent and housekeeping did an awesome job keeping the room neat and orderly. We love this location and recommend it highly to anyone traveling in the Portland / Scarborough / Southern Maine area. The location and s convenient to all area attractions and activities; we happened to be visiting one of our children and his family. Great stay, reasonably priced and operated by a well motivated cohesive team.
