A resort oasis in Kennebunkport! Staff was courteous and friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with lots of fresh choices! Rooms were spacious with roomy bathroom. Dinner on premises was delicious. Amenities on the property offered free kayaking and use of firepits and landscaped with manicured lawn and chairs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! A special thank you to Kathy for her kindness!!

The grandeur of the property was welcoming. The Latitudes Bar and Pool area had wonderful vibes. Very nice music bands playing songs each evening. The staff and breakfast in the morning was very nice.

My family of 5 stayed for 2 nights in 2 rooms, we had a wonderful stay, just 2 things we would like to mention which are easy fixes. First there was a pair of socks in the closet floor, likely from the previous occupants, which we got rid of ourselves. The rest of the room was excellent. Second was the toilet flush handle came out of the tank, it still worked & the front desk was notified upon check out.

Our stay was fantastic, friendly staff, beautiful resort, great shuttle drivers, everything. We booked a premium waterfront room and it did not disappoint! Will be returning and it is so close to downtown that it is walkable. Only thing to note, IF YOU are staying Friday or Saturday, weddings may be occurring with a tent near the water, just FYI. We checked out on a Friday, but be mindful that this place is beautiful for weddings and will have a lot of them.

The property was nice and the amenities were good. I would warn that the walls and floors are thin and you can hear everything. This hotel is filled with kids and families so we could hear kids running down the hall, the people above us walking at all hours of the night so we didn't get the most restful sleep while there. Otherwise, it is a good value.
