The room has a full kitchen with pans provided and a dishwasher. It was a great extended stay for hikers, travelers, and everyone in between. The property was quiet and breakfast was nice. Every day had a different protien and carbs. It was a nice stay. Thank you.

Older property ( probably mid 1980’s) Well maintained, good quality. Safe, quiet near the airport and highway. Good price. Stayed there 2 times in a week as I traveled near Portland on vacation. The second was planned after staying the first time. Clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfast buffet.

Quiet place, staffs are great. It has potentials the carpet needs to be ripped out and changed. As you're walking on the 4th floor by room 426 hall you can see where the carpet is lifting. Theres a particular smell(old) throughout the hotel and the furnitures need to be updated. Overall, it was great, just some minor upgrades for the best.

The property was clean if slightly older and uninspiring. We had 3 of us and needed to use the sofa bed. it didn’t have a blanket or pillow for it in the closet like it was supposed to, so we had to go back to the front desk late at night to get those. The sofa bed itself was almost unusable because it was so uncomfortable. otherwise everything fine and the location was fine. We would use it again if we didn’t need to have somebody sleep on the sofa.

We stayed at Larkspur for 8 weeks after moving back to Oregon. There is nothing negative to say. The entire 8 week stay was nice, quiet, comfortable, and in a great location.

The room was extremely dirty and the bathroom sink plug was sitting on the counter covered in black gunk. The toilet had a ring of black gunk as well! I had to completely clean the bathroom before I could use it because it was gross!!! The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good and timely. The kitchen in the room was sufficient and stocked BUT IT WAS VERY DIRTY!!! Bring some cleaning supplies if you stay at this hotel!
