Breakfast was good, nice and clean rooms and nice lobby and private room to celebrate with my group for my 50th Birthday. Just wish there was a pool and hot tub. Loved restaurant right next door - Jawfish!! It was so so good!

A couple of compliments: The location is super close and convenient to the airport. Property is very new, clean, and comfortable. First floor room had a beautiful view of green trees and a pond next door. A pleasant surprise! Accessible bathroom and shower was top notch. Pull down seats, reachable knobs, space to move around, good grab bars. They really did a good job on it.

The convenience of this property to the airport is nice. With a lovely river behind the hotel, views were pleasant. They were having an issue with accepting credit cards upon my arrival but it didn't keep me from being able to check in. Having a kitchenn in my room made it easy for me to stay in and work when I needed to. Many fun locations nearby to visit, as well as shopping and dining.

The room was clean, quiet, comfortable bed, well presented. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had a good variety of hot choices, cereals and pastries. There was fresh fruit I would have appreciated fresh berries as well since they are currently in season.

We loved everything about Towneplace Suites: location, staff, amenities. Everything was as expected. Monse checked is in and we could not have asked for a more helpful, friendly, or professional front desk person. She is fantastic. The hotel was well-appointed. We were only there for one night but we would gladly come back and stay longer.

Everything went great, better than when this used to be the Clarion. The only cons were, not enough space to hang up clothing. There was a shelf less than 2 feet under hanger rod. No ability to plug in your own streaming device to TV. No option to switch HDMI inputs with the remote. However, these con's were minimal and I will stay there on my next trip. Very clean.

Very clean room, newly remodeled. Accommodation request were not met for us. I asked not to be my elevator and they placed me right in front of the elevator. Breakfast looks decent but poor quality. Fruit was not fresh. Staff was friendly and polite. Decent price. Unsure if we will return.

Property was like new and very clean. No concerns whatsoever with the rooms and is a safe location. Breakfast options were great! However, there are pictures of chicken wings and fries in their elevator to promote the onsite restaurant/bar. This convinced us to check it out and were sorely disappointed. The food options were very limited as the kitchen was not able to make sandwiches/burgers. So we went with the chicken wings and fries. I wish I'd taken pictures of what I got compared to what was pictured!! No comparison and we didn't end up eating much of any of it. More like frozen wings with sauces thrown on top and frozen type french fries. I think they should take down the misleading pictures lol. We did order a couple of margaritas but they were super strong as it was served in a very small glass. I asked for a larger glass and more mix but was told I could only get sprite or coke! A couple of minutes later I asked what juices they had on hand and ended up getting orange juice, which was fine but definitely not a margarita. So all in all I recommend the hotel as it was incredibly clean and very nice, but would recommend going offsite to eat.
