Great location and staff were very welcoming! Very cheap to upgrade to a higher floor for nice views. Didn’t use the restaurant and bar on the first floor due to previous plans but loved the convenience. Will definitely be staying here again.

Location is in the middle of downtown & walking distance to Pioneer Square & mall..Stayed for 2nights on a weekend and love restaurants/eateries are nearby beside Hop City & Market in the lobby. The Hop City breakfast buffet is good with comparable price outside. Public Areas are very neat & quiet. My room is quiet on the 8th flr and comfortable beds. I will definitely go back again. Simple quick stay, rooms need updating. The lobby was nice, three separate events happening so very lively. Parking was full so we had to loop around and park at another location. Breakfast buffet was decent although service felt a bit rushed. Location is great if you want to stay downtown.

4/10 Poor

Upon arrival our keys did not work. Engineering happened to be fixing the door on another room nearby and they were able to fix the lock by replacing the batteries. But it did take about 20 minutes of our time. Also, there was hair all over the shower wall from a previous stay which was very gross. Overall, our stay was nice, the hotel was conveniently located and staff was friendly.

The corner room on the 16th floor was noticeably smaller than expected. For a corner room, I anticipated more space and a better layout, so the tight feel was disappointing. The hotel itself was clean and well‑maintained, but the room size didn’t match what I thought I was booking. During check‑in the staff didn’t explain how the included breakfast was supposed to work, so I had to figure it out on my own the next morning. These details made the experience less smooth than it should have been. The breakfast itself was good.
