It was awesome, there was some random crumbs on the blanket when i got there but besides that it was amazing, excellent service and cafe food options and patient staff. I had great sleep aswell. 5 stars from me ^^

The rooms were beautiful with high ceilings and bug windows. A very nice bathroom. The check in process was easy the staff were friendly. Only criticism was the lack of coffee in the room. There is a small cafe attached to the hotel where you can purchase coffee but would have preferred it in the room.

One night of my stay was open mic night at the event space on ground. Very noisy until pretty late. This hotel is an interesting historical rehab. I was told it had been open about 3 years and had last been used at the turn of the 20th century. I like the preservation of the feel of the place although it was located in a somewhat rundown area. Portland’s Pearl Distruct and downtown are very walkable though and I never felt unsafe.
