My room was clean, staff was kind and the breakfast had someone actively restocking and checking it. I will warn for those who aren’t a fan it is dog friendly so you will see dogs walking around. Overall a nice and clean stay with working air conditioning - perfect for the summer.

Staff was warm and wonderful, even at the hour of a late night check-in. Hotel was very clean and well appointed— as if many remodeling or upgrade efforts have been made recently. Would stay here again and would recommend to any travelers! Great location just outside of Portland.

We stayed here a couple nights while visiting the Portland area. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast and coffee was just ok. The bed was a tad too soft for me, but that’s just a personal preference.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed both. The room was modern, and spacious with a large bathroom. We liked the location, quiet and surrounded by trees. The beach is about a 10 minute drive and the highway is close if you are headed to South Portland for shopping. Nothing was within walking distance but hotels within Old Orchard are often loud. Also the breakfast was great, we would definitely stay here again.

The rooms have been redone recently and were great. The lobby and the hallways had a funky smell. We stayed at the property with a baseball team and some had to buy air fresheners to mask the smell in their rooms.

The room was quiet, new and clean, the breakfast was great! The staff is friendly too. Notice the hotel is 10 min drive from the pier. There was a coffee machine working in the room but sadly no coffee pot. A little downside was the dog smell in one room, but not in all room- (It’s pet friendly).
