I have to say this is the Cleanest Inn I have ever stayed in! I have never seen any cleaners work so hard to keep an Inn so clean! The employees were very helpful with any questions you had! If you ever go to Old Orchard Beach this is the Place to stay!

We stayed two nights and enjoyed both. The room was modern, and spacious with a large bathroom. We liked the location, quiet and surrounded by trees. The beach is about a 10 minute drive and the highway is close if you are headed to South Portland for shopping. Nothing was within walking distance but hotels within Old Orchard are often loud. Also the breakfast was great, we would definitely stay here again.

The rooms have been redone recently and were great. The lobby and the hallways had a funky smell. We stayed at the property with a baseball team and some had to buy air fresheners to mask the smell in their rooms.

The room was quiet, new and clean, the breakfast was great! The staff is friendly too. Notice the hotel is 10 min drive from the pier. There was a coffee machine working in the room but sadly no coffee pot. A little downside was the dog smell in one room, but not in all room- (It’s pet friendly).

Location wise this place is a drive to the beach approx 10 to 15 mins and theres not many restaurants or stores near by so you definitely need to drive to get lunch or dinner. I liked the breakfast. They need another waffle maker. If you stay there more than 3 days they only clean your room once. Which was not good. Also if you have allergies to pets this is not a good hotel for you. You can smell the pet damp smell in the hallways. I had to change rooms because of this smell because it found its way into the room. The staff was no overly friendly. I dont think I would stay here again, given the distance, given the lack of cleaning frequency, and lack of nearby restaurants.

There was a staff gal who was constantly cleaning and very friendly. Breakfast was good. Pool is outside but very nice. Our only issue was the sofa bed was terrible it's a twin and was uncomfortable. The king bed was great.

The property and room were both very nice and clean. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and we love having a free hot breakfast to start our day. We attended a baseball tournament and this hotel was perfect for the occasion. We would stay here again.
