It was our first time visiting Portland, and the Evalina exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, right on Commercial Street, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The ferry and cruise ports are also just a 5–10 minute walk away, making it easy to visit the different islands. The suite was comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could need, including an umbrella for rainy days, coffee and a French press, tea, a washer and dryer, and so much more. Communication was excellent throughout our stay as well. We truly enjoyed our visit, and the next time we’re in Portland, the Evalina will be our first choice!

I want to give this a 5 plus! Gorgeous apartment with new and reclaimed touches. It has everything you need and more to feel right at home. The location could not be better. Steps to the best dining and shopping. Communication was thoughtful, easy, and fast. Definitely will return!

Beautiful new boutique hotel in Portland! Easy access to the Old Port and everything Portland has to offer. Very quiet, clean and well appointed rooms. The kitchen makes all the difference, even for a short stay! We loved our visit so much that we've booked a second trip!

Evalina was more than we expected. Super clean and has every convenience item imaginable. The beds were super comfortable. The communication was spectacular which made everything from check in to checkout s smooth. We will definitely be back and hopefully for a longer stay next time.
