Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Friendly staff and nice breakfast. The room had peeling wallpaper and needed repairs.
I stayed 3 nights. From the whole staff 2 ppl tried to provide a service, the rest of them were at least unprepared to extremely rude. The room was not properly cleaned and had hair everywhere. I knew the property was not luxury, the amenities were not bad for a simple staying. The cleaning needs to definitely have an improvement but the worst was the staff. In the end I could not wait to leave as soon as I could
When we first walked into the hotel the lights were dim, the ceiling tiles had water damage or they were missing. The hotel smelled and was very humid. The front desk was not very helpful or accommodating. When we got into our hotel room after using the elevator that smelled like belt grease or oil I can say we were not satisfied. We were greeted yet again with the smell of oil or degreaser that we think was coming from the AC, there were stains all over the peeling wallpaper, trimming was missing, outlet covers were cracked or missing the corners, the curtains were ripped then then plainly tied together, the shower had mold along with soap marks and other stains in it. Let’s just say the only clean looking thing was the bed and mattress besides the head board that had liquid spray residue on it. I did not want to walk around barefoot in my room or spend much time in it. I chose this place because I was celebrating my 3 year wedding anniversary as well as our baby that is on the way and it looked decent as well as the reviews for the price. I was very disappointed and felt catfished with this hotel. Do NOT recommend. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I also tried to get a refund but after 4 phone calls and getting passed around from one person to another we decided to stay with the hotel since they were not wanting to refund.
