This is a quiet, well organized, newly updated hotel with a fabulous lobby, perfect for extended stays. They’ve thought of everything and the staff is so welcoming and professional. Some of the amenities like the washers and dryers in the laundry room could use an upgrade, and the little on site grocery store needs to expand its variety of products. Also, the fresh daily coffee they promise was not available, but the staff very kindly offered us instant coffee packets and hot water. This is a good hotel that could be an amazing hotel with just a few small changes. And the beds and linens are top of the line: best sleep ever after a long day in Portland!

Quick stay to catch a flight the next day. Super friendly and helpful staff and check in. Agent helped me sign up for park and fly and made me feel comfortable about leaving my car while I was gone.

The only downside I had was the parking lot is TIGHT. The ladies at the desk were very nice and the place was super clean. The bed, sheets and pillows were comfortable. I was a bit surprised my card was charged before I arrived since I chose the pay upon check in option but it wasn’t a big deal. We would stay here again for sure.
