The layout and the comfort of my room was just what I needed as a single person staying for one evening. I did notice that in the shower there were some areas not well maintained, nothing that couldn’t be solved by a touch of maintenance and some good cleaning.

The staff (Jake) was extremely helpful in resolving/ clarifying the failed reservation process on Expedia’s end. We ended up having to cancel our Expedia reservation and reserve a room directly through Aloft with Jake. We ended up paying more for the same room but we were in a time crunch and didn’t trust Expedia to get everything sorted in a timely manner. Thank you Jake…you were awesome! Didn’t like the fact that you had to pay to park in the hotels parking lot overnight. There was plenty of free parking on the street surrounding the hotel.
