The check in was so easy, Unfortunately I can’t remember the lady’s name but she was absolutely amazing. The room was very clean and very comfortable beds. There was were a few cosmetic things going on but nothing that was a big deal at all. The pools were very clean and maintained and my kids absolutely loved it. The breakfast was very delicious and the ladies that was in charge of it are amazing. There was a few people during our stay was loud and obnoxious but they took care of that too. We will definitely be back again!!
