The resort is absolutely beautiful with stunning water views on the bay, beautifully maintained tropical gardens, and cute tropical "fare" bungalows. You have the choice of swimming in the pristine sea or in the lovely swimming pool. The staff is so dedicated to helping you have the best stay and the manager is very helpful. We'll come back.

No hot water, no soap, bad internet, no atmosphere, poor food. Staff not in uniforms, no clear reception. Dirty pool, broken furniture. Contact details of website are not correct. Over priced.

Lovely staff and sea views. Quiet and away from bustle of town. Big comfortable room. If you want easy walk to town etc, this resort is away from that but the water taxi is excellent.

Run down tropics

Cosmetically fixed but not well. Sloppy paint job. A large portion of the louvers are broken and can't be closed. The aircon is useless because the bungalow has all open windows. The safe didn't work. The fridge was dirty. You can hear all the next door bungalows as they have all been crowded onto a limited piece of land. The actual beach at the end of the land is nice and clean with nice space to swim.

Switch Off at Coco Beach

Perfect relaxation with our biggest decisions being where to swim or which tree to flop under. Beautiful location with swimming & snorkelling right in front of the resort at all tides. Simple food done well. No bells & whistles - the perfect place to escape and unwind.

Coco beach resort is the perfect place for some r&r. The staff are so friendly and make a real effort to make you feel safe and comfortable, which coming from a solo traveler, means a lot. The accommodation has everything you need and the staff are more than happy to organise anything else that you want to do. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. I wish I had stayed longer!

De-stress your life at Coco Beach

Love this place. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The manager gave us rides into town on a few occasions. Clown fish family and plenty of other fish just a couple metres off shore. This is our second time, and we will be back again for sure. 5 o’clock cocktails are a must. Take a water taxi, for a great way to get into town to avoid the pot holes on the roads.

Coco beach resort is a beautiful resort on stunning beachfront. Snorkelling gear, paddleboarding, kayaking all available to do free of charge. The location is quiet and safe and ideal for adults. Transfers to other destinations or sightseeing were easily arranged by the resort. Truely the staff were amazying from management to each of the reception women and friendly housekeeping. I would highly reccomend staying at coco beach resort.

Beautiful location on the water in a quiet part of Port Vila -- just 20 minutes outside of town. There is a gorgeous bar/restaurant out on a pier with stunning views. The property overall was nicely laid out when it was built but needs some post-pandemic renovation. The manager is lovely and very attentive.

The staff and restaurant are excellent. The location is a bit out of the way, but we never struggled to get to any activities from there. We did have a crab sneak in sometime during one of the nights, but that comes with beachfront view i suppose! The snorkelling was fantastic, and we didnt feel the need to go elsewhere and pay since the numbers and variety of stuff to see with the provided gear was so good. Shoutout to Gina who was incredibly helpful and made our stay an absolute delight

Coco Beach Resort is a perfect setting, albeit a little isolated. Really quiet and only the sound of the ocean to send you to sleep. Gina and Vanessa were very helpful and a delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile on their faces. Easy to organise transport - water taxi, bus or taxi to take you anywhere and reasonably priced

We loved every minute of our stay at Coco Beach resort. The staff were just beautiful, and we felt very looked after and thoroughly spoilt. The location is just amazing. We loved the snorkeling from the beach each day with an abundance of fish and coral. The pool was sparkling clean. The breakfast was a great way to start the day right at the water's edge and the sunsets at the end of the day were stunning. At night you could hear the waves rolling in.Definitely coming back.
